Former Montana skier, recent Convert to Boarding 5 yrs ago. Broke 2 ribs and nearly my left arm the first 4 days of snowboarding! Tough learning curve but came back for more! First two years bombing groomers in the Sierra, then two years yearning and learning fresh pow and a trip to Whistler! Now it is time to learn some tricks in the park this year on new Uninc 160, all mountain on Baron ES 164, and pow on a Malolo 166. 6'1", 200+, size 12, 52 old years with a young attitude!

Ocean and White Water Kayaking, Backpacking/Mountaineering, Road and Mountain Biking, hunting and fishing occaissionally and everything outdoors in general, oh yeah, and making money to support the hobbies, work as an Engineering Geologist on landslides, active earthquake faults, and cleaning up environmental messes in the soil and water. I have a beginning snowboarder wife, two teens that have 5 years on boards, and two older step sons with 20 years on boards.
