Short Biography

The 3rd Rail Snow Jam literally started with a dream. Co-founder Pat Hession woke up from a nights doze and remembered clearly the event his mind had created. In January of 2008, with over 4,000 people on site, the 3rd Rail broke from dream to reality. Mixing hardcore hip-hop music and art with insane riders, 3rd Rail stepped into its own and produced a rail jam unlike any other. From sick tricks to mosh pits, to bloodied lips from failed tricks, Pat’s dream is now a nightmare.
